Is there sales tax on my order?

There is no sales tax on candy in our home state, so you will not be charged any sales tax no matter what state you are from!

What are your hours of operation?

Our retail store hours are:
SUMMER HOURS (JUNE 1- SEPT 30)
Monday – Closed
Tuesday – Thursday 11am – 8pm
Friday & Sunday – 11am – 9pm
Saturday – 9am – 9pm

WINTER HOURS (OCT 1- MAY 31)
Monday – Closed
Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 7pm
Sunday – 11am – 5pm

What do I do if I have not received my order yet?

If you feel that you should have received your order by now, wait one more day! UPS reserves themselves up until the end of the day to deliver your order. With each order that ships from our store there is an e-mail sent to the address that is supplied when the order is placed. That e-mail contains the tracking number associated with your order. If you did not receive an e-mail a day or two after you placed your order, please e-mail or give us a call.

What if I want to cancel my order?

All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast order processing, all orders normally ship out the very next day, excluding weekends.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

We are sorry, but for simple health reasons we cannot accept any candy for a refund, unless it is damaged in transit. If your package was sent back to us for a reason such as you were not available to sign for the package, we will investigate with UPS why the package came back to us and possibly refund you the product price Minus a 10% restocking fee, but not the shipping fee. The best thing is to give us a call and find out how we can help you.
